Co-hosted by the Iranian American Chamber of Commerce, British-American Business Council, Hong Kong Association of Southern California, Filipino-American Chamber of Commerce of Orange County, Small Buisnes Diversity Network, and Afghan American Business Alliance, this vibrant event at the Irvine Marriott featured over 80 exhibitors and brought together over 250 business people at Orange County.

What a fantastic evening at our 36th Annual Members Meeting & Business Mixer! Members and friends joined us for expert insights on U.S. immigration policies from Fragomen, plus tips on investing in Hong Kong from HKTDC. President Wilson Tang announced the 2025–2027 board re-election, unveiled our fresh new logo, and welcomed special guests from the Chinese Consulate. Great conversations, valuable insights, and lots of networking—our community is stronger than ever!

The Young Executive Club (YEC) of the Hong Kong Association of Southern California (HKASC) co-hosted its first “Sunset Cruise: Get Ready To Set Sail For Financial Success” event with the Boys and Girls Club of West San Gabriel Valley aboard a Fantasea Yachts cruise. Sponsored by Allianz, the event featured financial expert Chris Ball, who shared valuable insights on financial planning, real estate, and investment strategies. Attendees—including entrepreneurs, members, and local youth—enjoyed engaging discussions, networking opportunities, and delicious sushi sponsored by Raymond Cheng, Pro Gems, and Asiana Cuisine Enterprises, with wine provided by San Antonio Winery.

Had an amazing time at our event partnered with Hong Kong Schools Alumni Federation, Deep Conversations with John Tsang on 3/7/2025! We had a fun and interactive Q&A session with Mr. Tsang, where everyone got involved and shared their thoughts of Hong Kong’s latest development! It was great to hear Mr. Tsang shared some insightful perspectives. Thanks to everyone who participated and made it such a lively conversation!

We hosted our 33rd Annual Chinese New Year Gala on February 22, 2025, at the Hilton Los Angeles/San Gabriel to celebrate the Year of the Snake. The festive evening featured traditional performances, including a magic show, a musical performance by Hong Kong singer QPhone, and a graceful Gu Zheng performance by artist Qin Gaga. With live band entertainment and a strong turnout from business leaders and community members, the event highlighted the Association’s commitment to fostering economic ties between Southern California and Hong Kong. Special thanks were given to main sponsor Wells Fargo, second sponsor Leech Tishman, and supporting partners including Cathay Bank, East West Bank, CIT Commercial Services, and the Boys & Girls Club of West San Gabriel Valley.
